If you are a photographer based in San Diego or a photographer visiting San Diego and you are looking for San Diego photography classes and workshops, you are in the right place!
My class sizes are kept small to give you the best of attention!
If you are looking for a general introduction, DSLR-101 might be for you. It is a self-contained 1.5 hour class introducing you to your camera and the basics.
If you are looking for a more in-depth introduction, DSLR photography classes are designed as modules, but can be combined into mini courses in photography. The DSLR workshop series starts with learning the basics of composition through the mechanics of using your camera like a pro.
Environmental portraits is a three module workshop that teaches you how to shoot in outdoor light in a variety of situations including the beach. You will start in week one learning lighting and posing techniques, moving through controlling light at the beach to running a shoot with professional models.
If you have a busy schedule or a particular need, then my private photography lessons might be a better fit for you. I can tailor a series of lessons to meet your specific needs or meet you to deal with a specific need. I also offer gift certificates for all my workshops and private lessons.
